WebChutney which claims on its website as the India’s No 1 Digital Agency has been listed by Google as suspicious site and visiting the site may harm your computer. Google has an effort for the Web to filter Badware and Malware – StopBadware. Malicious persons have gotten so smart that they just link from a Good site but Google is smarter and detects any such attempts.
While trying to visit iGovernment.in Google’s super intelligent broswer Chrome immediately alerted that iGovernment is linking to WebChutney [most likely serving some stuff from WebChutney, could be an Ad] and immediately blocked it by showing this screen.
Further Advisory from Google said,
Of the 788 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 40 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2009-02-15, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2009-02-15.
