  1. mtnl is the best net service provider i have tried every net connection . as per the comments hatway ,reliance,tata all net sux they said that we are providing 1mbps but in reality, we are not getting even 50kbps of downloading speed so whats the use of to take all this connection as per my all experienced mtnl is the best and cheapest broad band service ever i have seen i am downloading gmaes upto 4 gb in just few hrs (my net speed is 500kbps thats why) but @ my frnds house he has plan of 1 mbps what a speed man cool just go with mtnl

  2. I stay at Kalyan and I have experience of using SIfy and Hathway as well.
    Sify ISP is something which has tariff rates much higher than any other ISP, and about hathway they are good for nothing. Poor customer support..
    Hence I would recommend MTNL or PACENET for who are seeking uninterrupted service.
    About pacenet, their customer support is better than any other ISP..
    I have opted for PACENET. I find this to be very economical ISP which provides excellent speed of 1 Mbps, 15 Gb data usage (Quarterly)for Rs.1000/- approx.

  3. MTNL is the worst service known to mankind. I started with a 4mb unlimited which cost me 10k per month and then reduced to 2mb costing me 4k per month. IT NEVER WORKS. NEVER. The exception is when it does work and that too for a short period of time. Rs.10k in Singapore gets you a 100mbps connection that never fails. And when you call customer service its like going back to kindergarten. No one knows what they are saying but they say anything to move on to the next point. Shamless. That they can even think of charging for such a service. Today is my disconnection day and I have never been happier.

  4. All ISPs are the same. Except the thing that each has its pros and cons. No provider in India offers good service. Every ISP gives close to satisfactory speeds but not satisfactory ,or the other side:worse.Before choosing an ISP gain info about it(Download speed, upload speed, and THE MOST IMPORTANT:CUSTOMER SUPPORT).If you compare with other ‘developing’ nations, India gives a neutral speed(neither satisfactory,nor bad).Good is out of the question. MTNL will not decrease its rates until it gets a competition such as Verizon,Sprint, AT&T but unfortunately they are only limited to U.S.THE BEST SOLUTION: CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CABLE PROVIDER OR YOUR LOCAL ISP FOR INTERNET, AS THEY CANNOT RUN AWAY FROM YOUR PROBLEMS.

  5. Tikona is the worst broadband provider ever, please please do not make the mistake I did and use their service, Ever since day one, there have been problems and customer care is non existent.

  6. I am completely agree with the Rahul that Tikona is the worst service provider. Tikona is well known for its bad customer service so think twice before going for Tikona.

  9. guys listen carefully u wont believe me but i have tried tata den reliance den ticona den hathway all r good for nothin especialy ticona n hathway.damn their fair usage policies.according to it in unlimited plans u cannot download more than 10 gb.SOMEONE TELL THEM THE MEANING OF UNLIMITED.dont ever go for tata n reliance bcoz they charge too much.also dont go wid ticona n hathway bcoz they r the biggest fraud companies running in india providing fake unlimited internet services.dont ever trust them.

    I was Just checking the internet for some cheap and efficient ISPs.and i found this blog.
    I use You telecom.(I dont think anyone before me have talked about this ISP.)This uses a cable connection from their server.When i First contacted them and asked for a connection.The cable connection was established right next day,and all i needed was to SMS a code given to me to them for immediate usage of net.I use a custom plan(2mbps till 4 gb then 256kbps till unlimited at Rs.649(Tax included)Per month).
    And I must say im pretty happy with it.Yes there are technical breakdowns(like any other connection)but the MAX it will take to resolve wuld be 24 Hours depending on the time you complain.
    So i suggest You telecom.
